Peddlers Choice is dedicated to gluten-free foods for better health. Not only does the bakery use high quality gluten-free flours, but dairy is organic and most poducts are soy-free. Additionally, for oils, Peddlers Choice uses only nut oils, grapeseed oil, and coconut oil. Dairy usage is limited to butter and yogurt. Some products offer an option for completely dairy-free. Ingredients can be found in the "details" after a product screen has been opened. Top allergens are noted.
Peddlers Choice is a new family owned business in Fort Collns, Colorado. One owner is a sensative Celiac and the other is gluten intolerant. Owners regularly eat product from the Peddlers Choice kitchen without problems. Dedicated equipment and good sanitation practices are used by Peddlers Choice in a shared kitchen facility. Great effort is exercised to reduce the possibilities of cross contamination,
All mail orders are shipped within 24 hours of production in order to maintain the maximum freshness. Mail orders recieved by Friday are normally shipped the following week on Monday or Tuesday unless other arrangements have been made.
Delivery times and location are set by phone. In the checkout on paypal, select "pickup" for your shipping option, and be sure to include a phone number. We never telemarket or sell phone numbers.

The owners of Peddlers Choice have taken extra care to develop breads that don't have the usual "cardboard" taste or gritty texture of many gluten-free breads. All breads sold have been tested repeatedly by those who regularly eat wheat. Criteria for a bread to be selected for sale is hearing a repeated response of "that's gluten-free?" Or, "that's really good."
